Expenses claim form
Please claim back any expenditure that you undertook on behalf of the church on the form below. Please email to finance@allsaintswokingham.org.uk, with the receipts in JPG form, ideally pasted on to the form itself, or if that does not work for you please complete a form in hard copy and return to the Parish Office, with the receipts, clearly marked for the attention of the PCC Treasurer.
